Job Description:

•The primary function of the PSS/FI is to provide protective security operations.

•The secondary function of the PSS/FI is to supervise weapons re-qualification training in overseas locations.

•The PSS/FI is designated as support (S).

•The PSS/FI is required to attend the Basic PSS training course and the equivalent of the Basic Field Firearms Officers Course (BFFOC).

•The PSS/FI shall maintain weapons qualifications as outlined in this contract, for the Glock, M4, Shotgun, M240, M249 and M203, as issued and familiarization fire for the AK47.

•Plan and coordinate weapons re-qualification training.

•Ensure that all equipment, weapons ,ammunition, and materials are on-hand for training.

•Conduct re-qualification firing.

•Other administrative tasks as necessary to support range operations.


Qualifications:

•Level 3 English proficiency.

•Completed or served at least three (3) years experience in military, law enforcement or executive commercial protection.

•One (1) year experience in personal protective assignments.

•A minimum of one (1) year of experience working as a Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) Firearms Instructor.

•Provide verifiable evidence of successful training and work experience

•Formal certification as an instructor (BFFOC)

•Worked on other U.S., federal, state, or local government training assignments.

•Experience can be gained in the employ of any national, State/Provincial, Local or commercial entities providing high threat protective services.

•Honorable discharge if prior Military.

•US Citizen.

•Currently have or are able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.

•Current US driver’s license and passport

Physician Assistant , Afghanistan

Job Description:

On-site physician assistant.

•The PA is designated as Support (S).

•The PA is required to attend the non-PSS training course.

•The PA is required to maintain weapons qualification.

•Provide physician assistant services at post, including treatment of illnesses or minor injuries suffered during security operations.

•Stabilize and prepare sick and injured personnel to a higher level medical facility.

•Ensure that medical kits supplied to all personnel and those medical kits provided by the contractor for placement in operational vehicles are maintained as to contents and serviceability.

Qualifications:

•Level 3 English proficiency.

•Level 3 in designated language(s).

•Trained and certified to current U.S standards – recognized standards.

•Five (5) years experience working as a PA, with a majority of the experience being within an emergency room and/or in direct support of military operations.

•Have experience/knowledge in current TCCC guidelines.

•Honorable discharge if prior Military.

•US Citizen.

•Currently have or are able to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.

This position / labor category is staffed in accordance with the requirements described below.

•Act as the focal point for all contractor provided protective security details, including all support personnel (i.e. guard force, intelligence analysts, medical personnel vehicle and equipment technicians/mechanics, etc.), with the general advice and guidance of the, RSO, DS Agent in Charge (AIC) and the project manager.  On a short-term

basis, and only in the absence of the Project Manager, assumes the on-site role and responsibilities of the Project Manager.

•The DPMO shall be designated as a personal security specialist (P).

•The DPMO is required to attend the protective security specialist (PSS) training course as outlined in this contract.

•The DPMO shall obtain weapons qualification as outlined in this contract,with the Glock, M4, Shotgun, M240, M249 and M203 and familiarization fire for the AK47.

•The DPMO is authorized to permanently fill the position / labor category of the Protective Security Specialist (PSS) in case of shortages with the approval from HTP.

•All aspects of planning, scheduling,organizing, managing, and assessing performance of assigned protective security details under the task order.

•Ensuring that the contractor provided personnel selected for protective security leadership positions / labor categories are executing their responsibilities efficiently and effectively. Items of primary concern include assessing performance of the protective security details and ensuring proper behavior of all contractor-provided personnel, whether on or off duty.

•Ensuring that all necessary contractor support of protective security details is planned, provided, and maintained to allow the details to perform without a decrease in required performance.

•On-time delivery of protective security detail support (personnel and equipment) Provision of adequate off-duty needs of protective security personnel (housing, meals, activities).

Ensuring that the behavior reflects favorably on the USG, the Department of State, The United States Embassy, or the local

Government that requested protective security support.


Must meet all of the below qualifications:

•U.S. Citizen/TCN/LN, as specified in the Task Order.

•Must have an accredited Bachelor’s degree (http://ope.ed.gov/accreditation/)

•Level 3 English proficiency (see Exhibit A).

•Fifteen (15) years of experience.Ten (10) years of the fifteen years must have been working on or overseeing personal protective, static guard and emergency response team assignments.

•At least three (3) of the ten years must have been in a management or in-charge capacity.


The remaining five (5) years of experience shall be generalized experience as defined as follows:

-Generalized experience in planning,evaluating, analyzing, and implementing government security type programs.

-Demonstrated experience in the interpretation of government regulations and the development of plans, policies, and procedures.

-Written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to communicate solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical

audiences.

-Ability to function effectively in adverse situations.

-No impediments to traveling overseas to and within countries that are considered dangerous or unhealthy.

-Knowledge of foreign languages is desirable, but not essential.

-This position / labor category shall be vetted and approved by HTP

Job Description:

•Analyze intelligence in support of the PRS Detail(s)

•The IA is designated as support (S).

•The IA is required to attend the non-PSS training course.

•Analyze and produce finished all-source intelligence products over a broad range of issues, focusing on insurgent capabilities and actions,political and cultural climates, tribal and social networks and other issues as required.

•Monitor and analyze threat intelligence and assess this information for credibility, urgency, and specific target information.

•Access pertinent intelligence information from an intelligence processing computer system.

•Write daily Intelligence Summary Report for applicable PSS detail(s).

•Produces intelligence reports.

•Write assessments and spot reports as needed.

•Brief security concerns pertaining to the personnel protective detail on a daily or weekly basis.

•Deliver daily Intelligence Summary to locations designated in the Task Order.

•Notify/communicate urgent threat information to the AIC.

•Perform liaison work with U.S. officials and military units on site and long-distance with counterparts in DS on a  daily basis.
