Primary Functions
Conducts screening on both Host Country Nationals (HCN)s and Third Country Nationals (TCN)s for access to ISAF/USFOR-A military base camps to recommend access or denial of access in accordance with ISAF/USFOR-A SOPs and to actively support and uphold the Company’s stated vision, mission and values.

DDG Programme Manager - Afghanistan

Danish Demining Group (DDG) has operated in Afghanistan since 1999. At present the total work force consist of approximately 800 national employees involved in manual demining, manual surface and sub- surface clearance, mechanical clearance, mine risk education and awareness and EOD work.

DDG is recruiting a Programme Manager for its programme in Afghanistan. The position will be as deputy PM during a 4-6 months handover until June 2012.

Duties and responsibilities
External relations
• Liaise with Afghan authorities, donors, Mine Action authorities including UNMACA, and other organisations active in demining, development and security.
• Write proposals and reports to the above actors.
• Facilitate field trips with donors, HQ staff and occasionally media.

Management duties
• Analyse, plan and implement programme developments on a strategic level, including development of responses to donor requirements for integration with other development sectors.
• Manage finances with the assistance of the Programme Administrator
• Plan, develop and manage human resources in the programme with the assistance of the Administrator.
• Monitor and respond to the security environment with regards to Afghanistan’s internal conflict as well as to the risks associated with mine action activities.

Security Escort Team Member - Iraq

Expatriate Security Escort Team (SET) members report directly to their designated SET Team Leader (TL) or the 2IC in the absence of the TL. Team members contribute both individually and as part of the SET, to the effective and sustainable planning, preparation and execution of SET operations. Within a SET, primary appointments are Vehicle Commander (Veh Comd), Principal Protection Officer (PPO) and Rear Observer (RO), and all team members can be expected to be employed as vehicle drivers and general security operators, subject to individual skill sets, availability and the intent of the TL.

Afghan Guard Supervisor

Administers and supervises the guard force. Performs the primary interface with the US Military, ISAF Joint Command (IJC) Tactical Operations Center (TOC), and the ASG. Conducts Command and Control of the ASG Guard Force via secured communications. Develops and executes the engagement plan for the BDOC with regards to ASG issues. Define and support the project’s placement within base defense posture and craft the requisite reports and SOPs. Will advise the military on threat assessment and mitigation. Fixed Wing Maintenance Lead - Afghanistan

Overview:

Maintenance Supervisor - OCONUS - Afghanistan

Overview:	Responsible for maintenance scheduling and production control functions to provide safe and reliable aircraft in conjunction with a safe and efficient working environment. • Ensure that all work is accomplished in accordance with the company maintenance publications, manufacturers maintenance manuals, and the FAR’s. • Ensure that all forms are completed in accordance with the GMM and the FAR’s. • Ensure that all labor and materials at his principal base of operations are properly accounted for and are allocated responsibly. • Ensure that the work areas and equipment are clean and maintained and that all safety instructions are obeyed. • Participate as requested in company training activities that pertain to his work. • Review the Maintenance Due and Maintenance Tracking Reports and schedules manpower as necessary to complete each job per the mission requirements.
Education/ Experience:	• High school diploma or equivalent required. • At least three (3) years of maintenance experience as a certified mechanic on aircraft, the recent experience requirements of 65.83 of the FAR’s in the same category and class of aircraft as used by the certificate holder; or at least three (3) years experience with a certificated airframe repair station, including one (1) year in the capacity of approving aircraft for return to service required. • Knowledgeable of maintenance sections of the certificate holder’s maintenance manual, the operations specifications, the provisions and applicable parts of FAR Part 135. • 50% of work time is spent in an office setting performing non-manual labor and 50% in the hangar performing manual labor. Telecom Systems Integrator - Iraq

Job Description: Position requires deployment to Baghdad, Iraq as part of a two person team to install, test and training users on the Lawful Intercept system. The candidate will be responsible for interacting with the leadership of the government of Iraq and with the Global System for Mobile Communications (GSM) operators. IMINT/FMV Requirements Collection Manager

The Imagery Intelligence (IMINT)/Full-Motion Video Requirements Collection Manager is responsible for coordinating all IMINT/Full-Motion Video collection requirements and ensures all intelligence data is properly disseminated within the Afghanistan Theater of Operations (ITO).

Responsibilities:
•Monitors various systems for new nominated requirements, validates, and distributes them as required.
•Develops training tools as required on all aspects of IMINT ISR mission accomplishment.
