Primary and General Requirements:
- Serve as principal advisor to the TF Commander
and Defense Assessment Branch ( DAB)
Office in Charge ( OIC) on collection , evaluation ,
analysis, production, and dissemination of
human intelligence information. Serve as the TF
Guardian primary military police
intelligence advisor and analyst. Conduct liaison
with law enforcement and intelligence elements .
- Operate threat analysis systems.
- Intelligence Analyst for a forward deployed,
provisional MP brigade-sized joint task force
responsible for the administration and
accountability of a theater internment facility.
- Coordinate with military and civilian personnel of
higher echelon intelligence agencies and
organizations to expand information collection on
the known personnel of focus .
- Produce reports , studies and briefings , and
maintains CI database . Monitor the daily
activities of the Police Intelligence Fusion and
Analyst Cell (PIFAC ). Provide the military
supervisor with timely intelligence estimates, in the
form of written long- term assessments
and graphical presentations , through classified
research and coordination with other staff
- Utilize multiple intelligence disciplines to support
HUMINT reporting.
- Proficient on all computer software applications
centric to intelligence analysis to include but not
limited to : M3 , BAT , Analyst Notebook , Query Tree,
Command Post of the Future ( CPOF ) and Fusion
Net. Maintain and account for material and
equipment up to the TopSecret (TS) level .
- Participate in analytic exchanges with joint , allied ,
and coalition intelligence organizations.
Maintain situational awareness of political,
economic, diplomatic , criminal, military ,
paramilitary and terrorism -related developments .
- Ensure the HUMINT Collection Focus is updated
and routed for authorization prior to publication.
- Review collection products to ensure the
collection focus is being met.
Minimum Education/ Experience : The HUMINT
Analyst shall have the ability to communicate
effectively, in writing and orally , and work as a
team member. Previous experience with
appropriate
civilian training in HUMINT fields or as a non-
commissioned officer ( NCO) (MOS : 35D , 96 B) is
desired. Furthermore , the HUMINT Analyst shall
meet one of the following minimum education and
experience levels :
- A Bachelor of Science Degree in related field with
military intelligence training and five (5 )
years technical experience in the intelligence
analysis field; or
- Six ( 6) years technical experience and

Leading international Defence contractor
requires experienced Technicians with Fibre
Optics experience to work at NATO/ISAF HQ in
Kabul.
Duties will include ... Cable installations ;
• Termination and wiring of patch panels;
• Cabinet refits and full store installations;
• Fibre installation , termination and testing for
the purpose of the monitoring the cables;
• Up -grading existing cabinets or supplying new
fibres to new ones ;
• Design and oversee the telecommunication
equipment and facility installation ;
• Install data networks for major customers ;
• Monitor and administer the performance of
wireless devices ;
• Implement design and support for LAN/ WAN;
and
• Perform network and system tests.

We can offer day rates of EURO 180 per day ,
which will equate to a tax free annual salary of
circa GBP 45 ,000 per year .

Rotations will be 12 weeks in, 4 weeks out, this
means you will have 13 weeks holiday per year.

All work is at NATO/ ISAF HQ in Kabul and will
not require any travelling outside the wire .

Roles and Responsibilities: • Conduct accurate translations of audio language material and documents in hard copy and electronic formats in a manner that maintains the integrity of the material. • Write clear and concise grammar and pronunciation in the specific foreign language as well as in English. • Provide accurate and idiomatic translations of non-technical material using correct syntax and expression from and to the specific foreign language in English. • Provide written translation of general and technical material into and from the specific foreign language in English. • Quickly scan and process a large amount of material in the specific foreign language for critical and essential elements of information defined by the government. • Provide input to government counterparts in the production of written reports developed from target material utilizing
the specific foreign language, such as provide a gist, summary, transcript or written translation of the material.

Required Skills: • A good command of Pashto/Dari, as well as strong verbal and written American English skills (grammar, vocabulary, idioms, spelling). • Previous Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) experience, preferably with duty as a transcriber. • A 2/2 or higher listening/reading comprehension rating according to the ILR scale and as measured by the DLPT or comparable language test. • Familiarity with and ability to conduct oneself in accordance with the local culture and customs. • Willingness to work shifts and extended hours in support of 24 x 7 Operations. • Extensive subject matter expertise (SME) of the content being processed • A thorough knowledge of the cultural, geopolitical, and economic issues of the source country and region involved. • Technical automated information system skills, such as word processing and data entry, to be used in conjunction with written translations, as well as the ability to use advanced language
