Candidates will research, write and edit intelligence reports and assessments and must be capable of managing teams of analysts in support of tactical, strategic and special operations forces conducting counter insurgent/IED targeting. Candidate will develop both lethal and non-lethal targeting packages. The candidate shall train and mentor junior analysts to prepare them for deployment. Duties and Resposibilities• The safety and security of the staff members, office buildings and equipment and all other Etisalat properties inside the compound.
• NOT to leave the post unless properly relieved.
• Reporting all incidents to the Security Manager of Etisalat without delay.
• Being alert and vigilant all the time.
• Once the gate of flagship is locked and the staff left of the office, the guard is not authorized to open the gate unless authorized. He should inform the security officer or his supervisor before opening the gate at night for an emergency reason.
• Do not allow anyone carrying arms to enter the compound, except for the assigned armed guard stationed at the compound. Normally, the armed guard is only allowed inside when there is needs. In this case he should leave his weapon with his partner. If he is alone then he may come inside with his weapon unloaded but do not handle or take any responsibility for that weapon.
• Try and resist any attempts (forceful or otherwise) by unauthorized personnel trying to enter the Etisalat Flagship. Meanwhile call for the Security Officer or, in emergency situations; call on the QRF for assistance.
• Maintain continuous surveillance of your post throughout your period of duty, by foot patrol.
• Check that security lights are switched on at last light and switched off at first light the following morning.
• Check to ensure that all flagship doors and ground-floor windows are locked and secured at night and over the weekends and public holidays.
• Be aware of Fire Drills and location of fire extinguishers.
• Try and resist, without putting personal life at risk, any attempts (forceful or otherwise) of entering the Etisalat flagship by unauthorized personnel.
• Work in liaison with Security Department and Security Company working for Etisalat Afghanistan.
• A proper hand over of the duty should be recorded in the book. The guards are advised not to take over unless the responsibility is properly hand over through written documents in a book.

and perform repairs and service in conjunction with inspector. Performs preventative
maintenance according to the technical manual -10/- 20. Maintains equipment records according
to AWRDS procedures as well as SOW. Must be able to look up, inventory, and order parts. Other
duties may also be assigned as needed.
Education:
High School graduate or GED equivalent preferred.
Experience:
7 - 10 years experience in heavy equipment maintenance, must have driver’s license
Specialized Skills:
US Military School- training - preferred
Requirements: Pass background investigation, drug test, and medical exam. MUST HAVE
HONORABLE DISCHARGE
Work Environment & Physical Demands:
Must be able to lift 25 Lbs. continuously, 50 Lbs intermittently. Must be able to work in extreme
environmental conditions including dust and high temperatures. Must be able to work overhead
for extended periods. Ability to perform job duties efficiently and effectively during an 84 hour
work week.

Required Certification, Qualifications, AND
Experiencw:
•High School diploma, GED or equivalent education required.
•Completed an approved Emergency Medical
Technician (EMT) course, and certification as a
Paramedic.
•Received additional education and training in
anatomy and physiology as well as advanced medical skills.
•Associate degree from a community college or technical school sufficient to prepare for the NREMT examination is particularly desirable.
•Clinical and EMT field experience.
•Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular medical care field.
•Sufficient EMT or related experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
•Certification by the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT) PLUS a State Paramedic License OR State Paramedic License,
•ACLS, PALS, PHTLS and CPR.
•Equivalent non-U.S/Canadian education, certification,diplomas and experience may be qualifying, after CHS/DOS RMO review.
•Maintain current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR),Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC).
•Experience as a Combat Medic or Navy Corpsman is desirable.
