Description
Linxx Global Solutions, a fast growing Government contracting company, with corporate offices located in Virginia Beach, VA, is preparing to bid on contracts requiring plumbers to fill positions in Afghanistan. These positions are contingent on contract award.

Responsibilities
Performs repairs on all plumbing equipment, plumbing systems, and components as directed and within applicable plumbing codes
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and complete required documentation
Install and service electric water heaters
Locate and repair defective fixtures and pipes
Assembles, installs, and repairs pipes, fittings, and fixtures of heating, water, and drainage systems in support of plant construction and maintenance activities

Perform installation service and repair on all sewage lines, drainage systems, septic tanks, and leach fields
Install all piping for potable and non-potable water production
Read and complete daily assignments and work orders
Lead and advise assigned helpers
Be advised, living and working conditions at the assignment location could be remote and uncomfortable. Long hours, exposure to weather and hazardous conditions. Personnel should be aware of moving on short notice and under adverse conditions

Candidate Qualifications
Must possess working knowledge of the plumbing trade, including the installation, repair and maintenance of hot and cold water lines, sewer pipe, soil pipe, traps and appliances such as water closets, lavatories, urinals, showers and tubs
Must possess skill in proper and safe use of power tools and hand tools
