Description
Northrop Grumman is seeking dynamic individuals to fill the role of Senior IED and Insurgent Network Analysts. Candidates will research, write and edit intelligence reports and assessments and must be capable of managing teams of analysts in support of tactical, strategic and special operations forces conducting counter insurgent/IED targeting. Candidate will develop both lethal and non-lethal targeting packages. The candidate shall train and mentor junior analysts to prepare them for deployment. The candidate will be expected to deploy to Afghanistan for at least 6 months on a rotational basis.
This position is contingent upon customer approval and contract award.
This position requires an active TS/SCI security clearance.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
BS/BA Degree and a minimum of 9 years of directly related work experience. Or, an additional 4 years of work experience may be substituted in lieu of the degree.
Current/Active TS/SCI security clearance is required
Former military occupational speciality (MOS) 31D, 311D, 35F, 350F, 35D, 18F, 180A, or DoD joint service equivalent, or civilian 0132 or 1811
Minimum of 9 years of intelligence analysis and targeting experience; however, on a case-by-case basis a badged and credentialed Law Enforcement officer with at least 8 years experience conducting investigations on an accredited Local/State/or Federal Law Enforcement Agency is acceptable
Knowledgeable of the Intelligence Cycle, Collection Management Cycle, Targeting Cycle and intelligence analytic techniques including trend and pattern analysis, geospatial analysis, link analysis and network or social network analysis.
Experienced with data processing systems such as DCGS-A, CIDNE, and SIPRNET and JWICS search engines.
A working knowledge of i2 Analyst Notebook, AXIS Pro, WebTAS, ArcGIS, and Google Earth.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous EOD experience is desired.
Previous experience working with a Combined Explosives Exploitation Cell (CEXC)
Previous experience working with a Weapons Intelligence Team (WIT)
Previous experience working with the FBI's Terrorist Explosives Division Analytical Center (TEDAC)
