Air Corps Command Center (ACCC) Mentor , Kabul Afghanistan

Position Description: 
Assist in the development, training, and sustainment of the ACCC and its personnel to include development of an annual training plan which identifies training requirements for all ACCC cells and personnel. Tracking mechanisms shall entail United States Air Force (USAF) standard training folders on each individual residing within the ACCC. Assist in the development of a documentation program supporting the processes and development of the ACCC. The program shall include organizing all metrics, lessons learned, policies, and directives into a logical, understandable, and sustainable library. Document and publish the information in manuals in both English and Dari. Lead the development, implementation, coordination, execution and tracking of the ISAF-ANAAC partnered movement process.

Requirements: 
L-3 MPRI is seeking a former U.S. Military Aviator (O-5/O-6) with extensive leadership/staff experience in joint air command and control agencies, units, centers, processes, or flight operations. Must have U.S. Military leadership/staff experience in developing and sustaining organizations, processes, and staff. A bachelor's degree is required. Recent experience in joint fixed or rotary wing aviation organizations at the wing/brigade level or higher is essential. Recent experience in joint multi-national operations at the operational level of war is desired. Must have extensive experience, knowledge, and expertise conducting the Military Decision Making Process (MDMP). Proficiency in the use of and ability to teach the use of military GIS programs and products is desired. Candidates should be highly proficient in the use of ADPE, MS Office, and communications processes and systems.
