TECOM LEPs will assist in observing, training, and doctrine development at US Marine Corps military bases. Duties include participating and training in Military Readiness Exercises (MRE) to prepare units for deployment. Provide units for deployment with LEP lessons learned from counter-IED investigations and overall counterinsurgency expertise.

**Must possess a current SECRET Clearance ** Certified academy graduate working as a civilian sworn law enforcement officer in a federal, state, or local law enforcement agency. Must possess a minimum of 10 years law enforcement experience. Must have experience investigating one, or more, of the following matters: organized crime, gangs, narcotic violations, and violent crimes. Applicable operational experience in CENTCOM area of operation supporting OEF activities is required. Must have experience as a USMC Law Enforcement Professional (LEP1 or LEP2) working in the LEP Program. Must be a US citizen in possession of a current US Tourist Passport.
