Job Description

Purpose of Role:

The role of the Country Manager (CM) will be to ensure that Olive Group is licensed, registered and legally compliant to conduct all desired group services. The CM will work with Solutions Management Team to build a regional brand, establish strong local relationships, whilst taking the lead for business development initiatives.

Ensuring that activities are in accordance with overall Olive Group company strategy; communicating our strategy, capabilities, vision and values internally and externally; leading our efforts to develop new business in all areas of company activities; assisting in all facets of acquisitions, strategic partnerships and other key relationships; helping position and brand Olive Group as a thought-leader in its industry; and assuming such other tasks as are common to senior executives of the company.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
Responsible for developing important strategic relationships with clients, partners and suppliers, ensuring Olive Group’s best interests at all times.
Mentor sales team in identifying strategic new business opportunities taking responsibility for defining the approach and closing sales whilst ensuring focus is on delivery of Olive Group strategy.
To develop and manage a solution-led approach based on deep understanding of full range of customer requirements.
To develop and maintain a high level of understanding of the OG value propositions with the requirement of your customers and sectors, be able to present these in context to clients & partners.
Oversee major project execution decisions which may impact on OG’s reputation and long-term client relationships.
To achieve sales targets as defined and agreed with the Senior Management Team.
