Additionally,
the Chief Estimator is responsible for identifying and tracking leads for future projects, and deciding which projects to pursue. The duties of this position
include the following functions:

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering, construction management, or building construction
- 10 years estimating experience
Credentials and/or Skills and Abilities:
- Experience in project engineering, field supervision or purchasing.
- International estimating experience.
- US Government experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and computer skills.
- Knowledge of RIB Estimating System, Primavera Scheduling, or other similar software is desirable
