advice on virtually any matter pertaining to the application and integration of intelligence into COIN operations and a multi‑echelon, full spectrum COIN strategy in support of COMUSFORA campaign plans. The Intelligence Advisor shall interface with the intelligence elements of all USG and NATO partners to assist the SIO with identifying strategic opportunities, requirement or capability gaps, and ensuring unity of effort in providing intelligence support to commander and as directed to supported commands. As directed, the Intelligence Advisor (HQ) shall produce analytical reports and products detailing intelligence processes and effectiveness in support to COIN operations.
